Ace Hotel System

There are two ways to move a reservation to another room number.

1. Quick move from the calendar view

2. Change the room number through the reservation card

To move a checked in reservation to a new room number click HERE

Quick move from the calendar view.

1. Navigate to Bookings/Calendar view

2. Right click on the reservation that you would like to move to a different room

3. From the drop down menu hover over Quick move

4. Select room number from the drop down menu

   Note: All rooms that appear above the line Other Rooms are the same room type as the reservation is reserved in. All rooms below the line Other Rooms are a different room type.

Change the room number through the reservation card

1. Navigate to the reservation that is required to move

2. Click on the booking to open the Reservation card

3. Navigate to the Rooms Tab

4. Left click on the reservation to be moved

5. From the drop down menu click Edit room

6. Room Selection – select a different room number from the drop down list

7. Click Save button and close
